At Essence, we believe every order is more than a package it's the beginning of a new scent journey. We take pride in preparing and delivering your fragrances with care and attention to detail.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Please note that custom fragrances, engraved products, limited-edition releases, and personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Orders are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • United States

  • Caribbean Nations

Additional international destinations may become available in the future.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada

  • 2–10 Business Days

United States

  • 5–15 Business Days

Caribbean

  • 7–21 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and shipping method selected.

Occasionally, promotional shipping offers may be available and will be clearly communicated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email when available.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate prior to completing their purchase.

Incorrect Addresses

Essence is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, we will gladly assist you in communicating with the carrier; however, Essence cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for carrier-related issues.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)

  • Photographs of the shipping packaging

Each case will be reviewed individually to determine an appropriate resolution.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
