REFUND POLICY

At Essence, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in carefully preparing every order and ensuring each product meets our quality standards.
Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the personal nature of fragrances, body products, and cosmetic items, all sales are considered final.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

Used products

Sampled products
-
Personalized products
-
Engraved items

Custom fragrance creations

2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with your request, please provide:

Your order number

Clear photographs of the product

Photographs of the shipping packaging

A description of the issue
After review, Essence may offer:

A replacement product
-
Store credit
-
A partial or full refund where appropriate
3. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier.
Essence will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled only before processing begins.
Once an order has entered processing, production, packaging, engraving, or shipment preparation, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
5. REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused by the customer and returned to Essence, original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs fees, and applicable handling charges may be deducted from any approved refund.
6. CUSTOM FRAGRANCES & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
The following products are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Custom fragrance blends

Fusion Scents custom orders

Engraved products
-
Personalized gifts
-
Limited-edition made-to-order items
These products are created specifically for individual customers.
7. SALE ITEMS
Promotional, clearance, discounted, and limited-time sale items may not be eligible for refunds unless required by applicable law.
8. REFUND PROCESSING
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for financial institutions to process the refund after it has been issued.
